Summary:
Brand new building finish in 2021. Rather than leave this unit vacant we decided to rent it out on Airbnb. This unit features a full kitchen, pots, pans, coffee maker and anything you might need to enjoy cooking a meal with friends. Four bedrooms with private bathrooms. Come and enjoy before it gets rented out this fall to students. Please note this is a college rental with college rental furniture. This means the beds are firm. :)

Guests are welcome to park two cars in the parking lot and they have full access to the unit.

Two blocks from Utah state this apartment complex is regularly use for student housing.
Getting Around:
The bus system it’s completely free here in Cache Valley, But I would recommend driving everywhere as parking is fairly easy.
Other Things to Note:
This is the bottom unit of a three unit building. Only one step from the parking lot to the sidewalk.
