Downstairs, there is a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-out patio with secluded seating to take in the amazing views of Powder Mountain, Nordic Valley and North Fork Park. There is a 3rd bedroom downstairs with a custom log frame queen bed. There is a full bathroom (shower/tub combo) and a laundry room with washer and dryer in the hallway.
Powder's free ski shuttle is a short easy walk yards from your front door.
A nice paved bike path connects the condos with Pineview Reservoir and area. Diamond Peak Sports Shop rents bikes, located just a 3 minute drive from the condo.
This older condo is the perfect crash pad to relax after your many adventures in the Ogden Valley.

You can hop on the UTA Public Ski Bus right by building 2 in the condo complex, or check out powder.org for info on their new shuttle and bus services. Make sure to purchase tickets for Powder online well in advance, especially for Night Skiing which is just $19 every night but does sell out often. The new owner, Reid Hastings (co-founder of Netflix) is keeping to his promise of offering an uncrowded day skiing experience for both the public and the private Powder Haven members/owners. Don't miss out by purchasing a full season pass!
During the summer, try horseback riding or rent a boat for a day on Pineview Reservoir to water ski, wakeboard or fish. Club Rec North offers both motorized and human powered toys to rent. Diamond Peak Sport Shop rents bikes. Shop in Eden, where the local stores are full of unique gifts, antiques, art and clothing. Top the day off with great dining at one of the great restaurants in Eden, Huntsville or Ogden. Eden, Utah is located in Ogden Valley, is also home to Wolf Creek Utah Championship Golf Course. CANCELLATION : Travel insurance is highly recommended to offset any losses. Should Tenant wish to cancel this agreement, notice of cancellation must be in writing and mailed or e-mailed to Lodging Manager. It is Tenants responsibility to verify receipt by Lodging Manager. If cancellation is received more than sixty (60) days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund the sums paid, less a $30 cancellation fee. If the notice of cancellation is received within 30 to 59 days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund 50% of the rental rate. If the notice of cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to check-in date, Tenant will forfeit the all rent sums paid.
