Don’t miss this beautifully remodeled one bedroom/one bathroom condo located just steps from 2 ski lifts, the community park, fishing pond, and a ski shop with rentals and lots of available activities!! This well cared for condo sleeps 4 and is furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area, and a hallway bathroom with a tile walk-in shower. You will feel right at home relaxing by the fire, playing games, or watching TV in this condo’s comfortable living room with pull out sofa bed and WiFi. The private bedroom also has a queen bed, an additional fold away mattress, and plenty of dresser and closet space to unpack your bags and stay a while!
While we know you’ll enjoy everything this condo offers on the inside, we think you’ll love it’s location to Brian Head’s mountain activities just as much. The condo complex is located just steps away from not just one but TWO ski lifts (Lift 8 & Lift 1) providing easy access to Utah’s famous powder on both sides of the Brian Head Mountain Ski Resort during the prime winter months (see resort website for current mountain conditions and lift operations) The condo complex provides parking just outside the front door, onsite coin operated laundry facilities, outdoor gas fire ring, horse shoe pits, sauna, and a community room with games, a pool table, and ping pong. The community park located just outside the complex entrance is a great place for sledding and building snowmen in the winter and during the summer months the park provides opportunities for fishing, kayaking, a playground, basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts as well as a large cover picnic area.
Brian Head and the surrounding areas are full of amazing activities to soak up the outdoors year round. The resort offers chair lift service during the winter months for snow sports and during summer months for it’s growing mountain bike park, frisbee golf course, and hiking. They also offer a wide variety of other fun activities at the base of the mountain during both seasons as well as a calendar of events throughout the entire year. Local Brian Head businesses offer retail, adventure tours, rental equipment, and a few great places to grab a bite to eat!
