With 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths our townhouse comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests ensuring everyone has a cozy place to rest. The open floor plan floods the space with natural light and beautiful mountain views. The fully equipped kitchen features high-end appliances and everything you need for a home cooked meal for the entire family. Wind down in the evenings with Roku smart TVs that offer endless streaming options.
A designated workspace with fast, reliable Fiber Internet makes working from home possible, allowing for a long term getaway.
The mudroom and ski/snowboard storage was designed with functionality in mind. Leave your car in the private 2-car garage and use free transportation through the High Valley Transit’s Bus & Micro service to explore the vast shopping and dining options close by.
Proximity to both I80 and Hwy 40 allows for very convenient access to not only Jordanelle and Heber Valley but also to the world class Cottonwood Canyon Ski Resorts (i.e. Alta, Snowbird). Salt Lake City International Airport is only a 30 min drive away.
In an effort to maintain on-premise security and peace of mind, the townhouse is equipped with two exterior cameras (doorbell and garage). The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are NO cameras on the inside.
