Guest access
As a guest, you will have the whole house to yourself, including your own pool, garage, putting green, patio, backyard, and laundry room! There is both onsite and street parking.

You will access the property through an electronic key code-based front door, with the access code provided to you prior to your arrival.

Free 940MB WiFi is available to you, with the details provided on the electronic wall concierge next to the kitchen.

Pool heating is offered at all times October to April at an additional fee of $50 day, and must be coordinated 2 days prior to check-in day (as heating requires advance preparation).

HOUSE RULES:

- Only registered guests are allowed inside and outside unless you receive permission. We limit the amount of people to 10 total

-This is a quiet residential neighborhood and we have strict guidelines of no parties. If this rule is broken, you may be asked to leave the premises with no refund.

-No smoking (including vaping) or lit candles on the property. Evidence of smoking in the home will result in a fine of $1,500 and the cost to remediate the smell.

-Quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. This is enforced to ensure neighbors enjoy their homes without disturbance.

* The owner shall not be liable and will be held harmless for any damage or injury to the Guest, Guest's family, guests, invitees, or their respective property while staying at the rented property.

* We require a guest list for each confirmed booking.

* This property is monitored via Ring Cameras outside the entrance.

* Rental Property Agreements must be signed with a valid government-issued I.D after reservation has been confirmed. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund.

* Guest agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition as found upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. Do NOT remove the pool vacuum cleaner from the pool or tamper with any pool equipment (pump, heater, etc.) - you will be charged for any equipment damage or re-calibration.

*Trash: Our neighbors roll our waste bins out for Trash Day on Tuesday and will return them on Wednesday.
-You cannot use this property for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c).
