This home has 2,049 SF on one level, a two-car garage, a heated swimming pool (pool is heated for an additional charge), an outside covered patio with plenty of seating, an outside grilling area, and separate table seating for eight. This makes the backyard a center point of the home and is sure to be the location for many memories made during your stay with us. Not to mention, considering the famous warmth of the desert, you are sure to make good use of the pool. Further, the gas grill will allow you to have those good old-fashioned BBQs that are a staple of a summer trip.
Living
When you walk into Andora, you'll notice that the open floor plan gives this home a truly spacious feel, and with expertly chosen and placed décor you are sure to feel right at home in this warm and welcoming suburban gem. This home features a formal dining area complete with a dining table that seats eight guests, and thanks to the open floor plan you will never find yourself cramped while enjoying the feast your chef has cooked that night. You'll find a large, remodeled kitchen overlooking the backyard and pool. The kitchen has granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances and is stocked with all the basic cooking equipment one might find themselves needing to truly make the most out of this wonderful cooking area.
The living room is set up to seat eight comfortably and includes a large 55" flat-screen TV, DVD player, and Apple TV. When put together with comfortable couches and chairs, this is sure to be the perfect place for you all to gather when a binge day is truly what your vacation needs to be perfect.
Tucked under a window one will even find a small desk area for anyone looking for a spot to read, write, or do whatever it is they desire at that moment. If one explores further, one will find a second sitting area tucked away which features comfortable couches and is perfect for anyone needing to catch up on a good book or perhaps just needing to escape for a bit and have some time alone.
You'll also discover a washer and dryer, which anyone who has been in college and had to do a weekly trek to the laundromat knows is quite the perk to have!
Bedrooms
The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a flat-screen TV and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. Enjoy all of your favorite shows while cuddling in bed!

Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard.
*If you create your reservation between the months of November 1st-May 1st pool heat will be included but the temperature is not guaranteed due to ambient weather temperature. If you book your reservations outside of these dates pool heat is optional and an additional $40/daily.
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled days - Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
For safety and security purposes this home does have cameras on the front of the house.
Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.

Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store.
