The Dining table extends easily to seat 10 and 2 barstools at the bar for a total of 12. There are 2 highchairs available upon request as well. The main level also has 1/2 bath, Mudroom, Laundry Room (Washer Dryer Steamer), Reclining Sofa, Large TV, Gas Fireplace. The Master Suite features a King Bed with luxury bedding and blackout curtains, a large Smart TV, Master Bath has Granite counters with double sink, an oversized tub and oversized shower as well as a walk in closet. Guest Bath has Granite Counters with a tub shower combo, Bedroom 2 Features a Queen sized bed and a large wall mounted Smart TV. 3 car garage (if cars are small) 2 normal cars fit comfortably as well as 2-3 spaces on the driveway. Outdoor space includes a propane Gas Grill, Outdoor Swing and Covered Dining area, yard games available, folding tables and chairs are also available for outdoor events such as showers and bridal parties etc.

There are 2 highchairs available and a selection of baby-toddler toys located in bedroom 5 closet. Crib or pack n play available upon request bringing occupancy limit to 14.
