Fully equipped modern fitness room is in next building and there are two heated outdoor pools, one adjacent to the condo (can look down on it from just outside front door) and second a short walk away. Two tennis / pickle ball courts, several barbecue grills and picnic tables on shady lawn outside condo are perfect for summer use.

Snowflower is unique in Park City because it offers truly ski in ski out accommodations in a secluded private setting. There is no road or late night street noise in this development.
