Easy access to Kimball Junction, Canyons Village, Deer Valley, Black Rock Mountain Resort, The Jordanelle State Park & Reservoir and many other destinations; making our location a year-round playground for outdoor enthusiasts and festival goers! Nearby activities may include hiking, paddle boarding, boating, sightseeing locally or at nearby state parks, cycling, mountain biking, skiing, snowboarding, Sundance Film Festival and so much more! Do some, do it all, or simply relax! Our neighborhood is convenient to numerous local attractions while being family-friendly with a central playground with a picnic pavilion and greenspace for your registered dog. Plenty of parking and easy access to all that Park City area has to offer! Come stay with us today!
HOUSE RULES
-Please kindly do NOT smoke OR vape inside the home/garage. If you must, youmay do so on the balcony or porch, outside away from open windows. And pleasedispose of your butts properly; we do not mean the toilet either.
-We love dogs! And if you don't have or understand dogs, please be aware that other guests may have brought one with them during their stay.We allow 1 healthy (up to date on vaccinations/no fleas/parasites or other health issues) & well behaved (house broken and crate trained) fur-iend. The fee is $25 per day, or $200 maximum; less than boarding rates. Please do not bring a cat or other animal with you. We do welcome one well behaved canine who is not part of the human guest count; but must be disclosed as a guestand crated(one provided) if left alone. And while we offer furniture for our guests, itspurpose is not to collect fur, so please do not allow them to add their "fur" or furry ways to the couches,chairs, beds, cushions or other furnishings. You will be charged an additional cleaning fee if heavy animal cleaning is needed or if damage is found after you check out.We and future guests appreciate your cooperation.
-We like to keep our floors and furniture scuff-free & germ free as possible (yes, shoes can do that). Please leave your shoes at the door. We have set up "mudroom" areas at both entrances.
-Respect our off-limit locked storage/supply areas. You know what it’s like to have your nosy ex or neighbor snoop around your closets and personal space, just don't. TY
-No parties, all guests must be registered. Be courteous of our community and respectful of the property. Quiet hours are suggested as 10PM to 8AM. This doesn't mean you cannot watch tv or talk, it means excessive levels of sound could be disturbing and rude.
-We offer free wifi, Hulu and Disney+for your enjoyment. Please do NOT log out of these services. If you have other subscriptions, you may log in to your own account, but remember to log out when you leave.
-Parking is free and can be found in the community alley located in the back, near the playground pavilion area at the garage level. You may also park in the driveway or in the garage. Parking is NOT permitted on the front street side as towing is enforced; especially in winter months as the snow is plowed as a service in our community.Please note, while this is a standard 2 car garage, many of our guests drive large vehicles so if this is you, then you may not have room for 2 vehicles, so we do not advertise it in this manner for this reason. Also, we do have a hose bib (standard for this construction /climate) in the interior of the garage, it goes without saying to be mindful of its' location when parking in the garage.
-Self check-in starts at 4 PMand check out is by 10 AM.We also ask that you leave your towels in the laundry basket and do not make your beds. These items are replaced between each reservation. Please empty the refrigerator of all food and rinse off and place all dishes in the dishwasher and leave your trash in the trash cans. We are not asking you to clean, but rather pick up after yourselves. Your cooperation and understanding is deeply appreciated. We allow our professional cleaning staff time to do their thing between reservations.
-We do have 2 cameras on site; one at the entrance and the other at the garage. We use them to help monitor deliveries. Please do NOT tamper with them.
