Hello- and welcome to Midvale Station—a lovingly remodeled 1955 Rambler in the heart of everything Salt Lake City has to offer. And just one left turn to the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon, where your ski trip adventures await! *New King Bed added for Ski Season '25-'26!
This incredibly convenient and fun home is just minutes from the Wasatch mountain canyons, mass transit TRAX station, and walking distance to a ski resorts bus stop. An added bonus is Bohemian Brewery is just across the street!
Our newly remodeled house is located just one left turn and a 10-minute drive to the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon! Its open and airy layout can accommodate up to 10 people.
Gather around the fireplace as you watch the greatest snow on earth fall outside your door- teasing of what's to come on the ski slopes the next morning! While the fully updated backyard has all the amenities you could hope for to make this trip a memorable one. To name a few, a Ping Pong table, Corn Hole, and a Frisbee golf goal!
The home is furnished with a new king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a bunk bed in the third bedroom, with a full and twin bed. (We'll let you draw straws to decide who is sleeping where—ha!)
The optimal amount of guests would be 5-7 people. But with the additional fold-down couch and blow-up mattress- perfect for the kids- we can easily fit 10 comfortably!
Looking to work from home? Our home's internet is a blazing fast 1G fiber line, fast enough for you and all your family and friends to work and watch movies at the same time.
Looking to NOT work from home? Enjoy the brand new hot tub and fire pit, perfect for private relaxation.
Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans, and plates you need to pretend like you’re going to cook yourself dinner from scratch!
The living room is furnished with a smart Roku tv where you'll be able to Netflix and chill with family and friends. And you'll find that the primary bedroom and second bedroom have Roku tv's as well! (Look, we know who's footing the bill for this trip 😀)
In terms of amenities, we've got you covered too! You'll have access to small, yet important, things like: blow dryer, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, a highchair, pack and play, and as well as toys and childrens books.
As I mentioned earlier, our home is so perfect for your getaway, that you'll want to stay forever. We've had guests ask. Just kidding (Seriously!)
You'll have access to the entire home. This will include the 4-car driveway, back patio, private pergola, hot tub, and fire pit.
Please do not park in the driveway on the east side of the home. This is reserved for access to a private work studio we have on the property.
In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the house is equipped with two exterior cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside, or by the hot tub.
There is a private work studio on the property, no guest access to this studio. You will find that it is fenced off from the rest of the backyard- to ensure privacy for all.
