The basement is private, with a separate entrance and lockbox code, no stairs to enter, and lots of parking on the North side. Furnished kitchen with microwave, toaster, coffee pot, fridge, stove, & all the essentials to cook your own meals. Netflix, cable, & board games provided. My family lives in the upstairs and main floor year round. Our home is in a perfect location, just over a mile from the Cedar City Temple & The Shakespeare Festival.
