Tucked away in the quiet mountains of Heber Valley, Utah the A-Frame Haus is a cozy renovated cabin that offers three airy bedrooms and two wonderfully updated bathrooms. We fixed up the place with attention to modern, light filled spaces yet kept the warm and rustic charm the cabin already had to offer.
Our beautiful fully equipped kitchen, three decks with mountain views, and cozy fireplace make us one of Heber Valleys most unique and comfortable accommodations. We are less than a 30 minute drive to Park City, Utah where you can find some of the best skiing in the world.
We designed the A-Frame Haus with family and good friends in mind. The cabin was built by my grandpa over thirty years ago, it was his place for solitude. He would often travel here alone to write music and meditate. We took the incredible work he had already put into it and did our best to improve. The clean light filled spaces were inspired by my own Scandinavian heritage.
While the true a-frame design remains simple in its beauty, it has found balance with its new minimal re-design and added warmth.
The A-Frame Haus is meant to be an homage to my own grandpa and second home to all who enter through its doors. We feel that the best way to honor his place of solitude is to provide the same opportunity to all who seek peace in the mountains.

There are three bedrooms - all queen mattresses from Casper, and we use a professional linen service.The loft has a pull-out sofa bed.
Upstairs bedroom has a dedicated work-from-home space with wifi, desk, comfortable chair, and closing door. Washer and dryer in downstairs hallway closet.
The kitchen has a fridge, kitchenaid oven/stove, dishwasher and microwave and is equipped with cooking essentials and serveware. Coffee bar with Nespresso Vertuo Machine (as well as a teapot and pour over) you'll also find a blender and toaster tucked away.
