There are 3 king beds, 1 queen bed and an awesome bunk room with 6 twin beds for the kids. We also have 4 sleeping pads and two couches. This home is clean, professionally decorated, and the perfect getaway for your family to relax and play in St. George. POOL: There is a brand new pool with a lazy river, 2 hottubs, large slide that empties into another pool, bathroom ammenities, and a splash pad for the kids to play in. The pool is heated year round for your enjoyment.

OUTDOOR LIVING: The community pool and hot tubs are now open! Patio w/ dining table, gas grill & mountain views. There are two outdoor cameras, one facing the driveway and the other facing the outside patio door. They are used strictly for security reasons while the house is not being occupied. There are no cameras anywhere inside the house.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ cooking basics, coffee maker, dishware/flatware, hot water pot, ice maker in fridge, extra fridge in garage, spices, toaster oven, island w/ barstool seating
