We had an amazing weekend in Tempe! The house was easy to find in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood about 25 minutes to the AZ airport. The hosts thought of everything—charging cords by the bed, bottled water on the nightstands, hair dryers, full size shower products, and a fully stocked kitchen with spices, oil, and more than enough coffee for our stay. The beds were super comfortable, linens were crisp and clean, there were plenty of towels and even extra toilet paper. The backyard was the real highlight—absolutely stunning! The pool was sparkling and inviting, the hot tub was perfect, and the outdoor space had a grill, sun chairs, couch, pool floats, and even a fireplace (though we didn’t use it). Everything was clean, cozy, and set up for total relaxation. We had a wonderful time and felt right at home. 10/10 recommend and would absolutely stay again. This listing is for the entire home including the backyard with spa & pool (heating optional for a fee) and patio area. The home is 2100 square feet with high ceilings and new furnishings. All the essentials are provided such as sheets, blankets, towels, bath and shower toiletries and laundry supplies for your entire group. There is off-street parking available for up to 5 cars in the driveway and additional parking on the street. There are no trailer, camper or RV parking accommodations available.

Other things to note
PARTIES:
There are no parties or gatherings allowed. This is a quiet neighborhood and we need to respect the other property owners.
SMOKING:
Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted inside the house. The home is monitored for recreational smoke. If any smoke is detected, there will be a $565 smoke remediation fee.
GUESTS:
1. Booking guest must be 25 years of age +.
2. All adults on the property (age 25+) should be sent to the hosts with names and email addresses to agree to house rules with written consent.
SPA/POOL:
Heating Optional - the swimming pool is not normally heated and may take up to 4-12 hours to get up to desired temperature (varies with weather). Please let us know at booking time if you are interested in the heated pool option as pricing varies by season. Pool will be heated up to 80 degrees and spa will be heated to your liking. Pool and spa automatically shut down at 12:00 PM.
GENERAL HOUSE RULES:
1. No glass or ceramic allowed in the backyard.
2. Guests should follow all fire precautions with children and the use of the indoor fireplace and outdoor firepits.
3. The pool depth ranges from 3' - 5'. No diving allowed.
4. Children under 14 must always be accompanied by an adult while in the backyard and pool/spa.
5. Guests agree to clean the grill after use to prevent arrival of desert critters.
PETS:
Pets are welcome – but MUST have owner approval and the pet fee paid in advance.
1. Pet waste must be cleaned up outside (additional fees of $50).
2. $200 pet fee applies when pet hair is found on beds or furniture.
3. Damages made by pets will be billed separately.
Security Cameras: There are 3 outside security cameras, all facing outwards.
Garage camera - facing over the driveway.
Doorbell - facing the front for entrance area.
Side RV Gate - facing the common side gate entrance. This camera does not view the common backyard space, pool, spa, or patio.
SUPPLIES:
*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc. If you are staying longer than a few days, you will need to purchase these items.
Loud parties/events are not permitted. Neighborhood quiet time starts at 10:00PM. Feel free to keep enjoying the backyard space, but please keep the noise to minimum.
