3 Bedroom House in Overland Trail, Glendale
Welcome to my home! This is my primary residence but I work out of town.
My home is simple and modest at 1314sf yet inviting and easy to maintain and stay in. This single level home has a nice open floor plan with a vaulted ceiling connecting the kitchen, living room, and dining area with a door to access the private back yard and pool. The floors are primarily tile with carpet in the spare bedrooms and new carpet in the living room. It is a nice space for 6 people to easily stay. The master bedroom has an attached master bath with 2 vanities and a combination tub/shower. The spare rooms share a bathroom down the hall with a large single vanity and a combination tub/shower. The bathrooms also have an overstock of body wash, shampoo, conditioner, etc. if needed.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools necessary to cook what you wish. The living room has a 65" TV with an Apple TV box and Blu-ray player for your viewing pleasure. The dining area has a hi top table with 6 chairs. The linens are plentiful in the hall closet including beach towels for the pool. Ceiling fans in every room. A washer and dryer are available if you would like to get your clothes clean before heading back home.
The neighborhood is quiet allowing you to sit on the covered patio that includes a ceiling fan and Bluetooth speaker. Also on the patio are 4 chairs and 2 loungers to be used while sitting around the fire table or pool.
I ask my company to please be courteous to the neighbors and mitigate noise outside after 10pm.
The diving pool is clear and cool for the hot days we have in Arizona. If you prefer to grill outside, there is a Traeger grill ready and waiting with extra pellets in the garage. Need fresh key limes for your beverage? There is a nice, mature key lime tree to supply those limes. Watch out for the thorns though! Plenty of parking is available in the driveway or on the street.
If preferred, a code can be provided for the security system during your stay.

Smoking is permitted outside only. Please dispose of cigar/cigarette butts appropriately.
