Beautiful one bedroom condo in a nudist, family friendly community. Serene location with a balcony overlooking the woods and pond. Updated throughout with a stainless steel kitchen including full size refrigerator and microwave/convection oven. High speed Internet, Smart LCD TV with streaming services included. Washer and dryer. "Car wash" fantastic 10-head shower. And a community patio and great walking paths.
A nominal membership fee gives you access to some of the amenities listed - 2 restaurants, 4 pools, 1 hot tub, gym, karaoke and night club with DJ and dancing. You can see rates on the Paradise Lakes website.
One small, well behaved dog is allowed subject to some restrictions - (No pit bulldogs, Rottweilers, Doberman pinscher, or other restricted breeds are permitted on the property at any time). Please don't let them on furniture or bed. No other pets are permitted (due to owner's allergies). We have listened to suggestions and now have more storage, more cooking utensils, more dishes and more of the little things, like plastic cups and mood candles.
