Along with being only a few minutes walk to the convention center, the capitol, & the best restaurants & shopping in the state, you`re still only 40 minutes to ski resorts & Park City, & a quick 10 minutes to the Airport.
This unit is a private suite in large and historic Victorian house. It has it`s own private entrance and parking. When entering, you first arrive in the kitchen and next to the bathroom. A doorway from the kitchen leads you into bedroom area which houses a queen size bed, a fold-out sleeper sofa, the TV and the desk. We, as the owners, live above with our dogs.
Large vehicles will not fit in the private parking spot.
