NEIGHBORHOOD
Set back in a quiet residential neighborhood, the home is close to shopping, dining, and recreational activities. The best way for our guests to get around is via a vehicle since there is no public transportation other than Uber.
NOTES
- The waterfall feature only runs in warmer months, April- October. In the winter months you can still enjoy the snowy cascade.
- We ask all of our guests to read over and sign a Rental Agreement before accessing the property. Look for the link in your confirmation email. IMPORTANT: Without a signed contract, your check-in details will not be sent. To avoid any delays, please sign the contract as soon as possible.
For your safety, do not climb in or around the waterfall feature. Please stay on the grassy areas in the backyard.
Please check-in and -out at the designated times. Alternate check-in/out times may be available for a fee. Message us to request the change at least 24 hours in advance.
No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity shall not be exceeded. No parties.
No smoking, vaping, or illegal drug activity is allowed anywhere on the property at any time.
No pets allowed.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please respect the neighbors.
Please limit eating & drinking to the kitchen, dining, and outdoor areas (no bedrooms).
Remove shoes within the home.
Trash pickup day is WEDNESDAY. If in the home, please take outside garbage to the curb for pickup. A reminder message will be sent the evening before.
Please leave the property in the same general condition in which it was received. Basic pickup is required before departure. Do the dishes, take your garbage outside.
Please report any damages and/or breakages in a timely manner so we can resolve them quickly.
