The private side entrance door with a keypad is conveniently located near the street parking area allowing you to easily come and go during your stay. The home is modern and clean with an open floor plan, including a full kitchen open to the dining area and family room. The home also has a separate laundry room stocked with cleaning supplies. There is a small storage room under the stairs for your extra belongings. Enjoy your own furnace, air conditioner, thermostat and water heater. The home is enhanced with high ceilings and full spray-in insulation for added privacy and quietness. This is a two-bedroom home, one of the bedrooms is large and includes 2 queen beds and a full walk-in closet. It also includes a TV with a DVD player and a soundbar. The other bedroom has a king bed and is close to the bathroom. An air mattress is also available if needed. Parking is available in the driveway on the two far most left spots behind the RV pad or the third car garage. Parking is also available on the street conveniently located near the entrance when it's not snowing or when the snow has not accumulated into snow-packed mounds. Inquire for alternate times to check in or check out if needed. A baby pack and play bed, as well as a high chair, are available upon coordination. We live upstairs and are generally gone during the day. Our home is located in a very nice custom neighborhood with wide-open streets and mountain views. Easy access to highways and freeways to quickly get anywhere you would like to go. We look forward to making sure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
