The décor is contemporary. Very bright and cheery corner unit with lots of windows and lots of sunshine. The living room and bedroom have smart TVs and there is wifi throughout.
We are pet-friendly (no pet fee; service dogs welcome). The condo complex is adjacent to the canal and close to the green belt and a dog park. It's a lovely area to walk your dog.
There are two beautiful community pools and a hot tub, a tennis court and a work-out room at the clubhouse. Transportation to and from airport provided (if our driver is available, otherwise you'll have to take a cab/Uber to our place at your expense).
Golf courses are everywhere. Freeway access nearby.
Scottsdale's Spring Training stadium minutes away. Free trolley picks you up just steps from our door every half hour and takes you to and from Old Town Scottsdale (and the Giants stadium) stopping just steps from the front door.
