Right next to Desert Horizon Park in a quiet Scottsdale neighborhood, you'll be around the corner from anything you're looking for! The backyard features a covered patio with plenty of seating, dining, and a TV, an outdoor pool serviced all year around, and a small putting green to pass time! The open floor plan inside the home encompasses the kitchen, dining area and two living rooms! Our master suite walks out to the back patio, then the other three bedrooms are off the main living area!
Bedrooms:
Primary suite has a king bed, a private television and the master bathroom.
Bedroom two is a queen bed with a private television and small desk.
Bedroom three sleeps a queen size bed
The fourth bedroom doubles as an office space with a twin size day bed!
Both bathrooms have walk in showers!
The Kitchen features a huge island where the induction stove top and oven are placed in this space! Bar seating for 5 people to gather around the kitchen island! A large refrigerator and freezer, full size dishwasher, and a sink placed where you can look out into the backyard. This home is equipped with small kitchen appliances, numerous kitchen utensils, baking and cooking pans, plastic and glass dinnerware, and an assortment of cocktail glasses.
The outdoor pool is not equipped with a heating element, however it is serviced all year for our guests to enjoy.
