With 180° lake views, a private dock with a boat slip, jump tower, over-water swing, kayaks, paddle board, game room, and three levels of outdoor living space, there is plenty of room for everyone to relax, reconnect, and enjoy life on the water.
The home's unique layout is divided between an East Wing and West Wing, providing multiple gathering spaces while still offering privacy for larger groups.
EAST WING
Main Living Area: The main living area features comfortable seating, a Smart TV, a wood-burning fireplace, and large windows overlooking Hayden Lake. Sliding glass doors open directly to the upper deck, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living.
Kitchen & Dining: The oversized kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals for family and friends and features a double oven, large island seating, and beautiful lake views. The dining table seats 8 guests, with an additional 6 seats at the island.
