Positive: This property has a beautiful view. I enjoyed visiting with the owner Joe and I think it does have potential.

Negative: I think this property has potential, but it was a bit beat up , and the AC was a window unit that only cooled the small table. area. The only door was in the bathroom. An open closet near the table was full of broken electronics and AC units. Closets were tiny. No USB connections. Guests in the next room were very noisy. Unfortunately, these things hurt the value of what I paid.

Summary: A beautiful part of Utah that is more like a camping trip.
