Formerly knows as "Coast Awhile", this fabulous five-bedroom, five and a half bath home features three stories of beach side living designed for total relaxation. At "The Rendezvous" no effort is required. Just come and enjoy this gorgeous shore side haven. Professionally decorated, this home features a relaxing, stylish interior. Steps from the dune crossover and beach front, and a short stroll to the Dune pool, you'll be in the prime location at Cinnamon Shore.
The second floor great room is flooded with natural light, and features plenty of comfortable seating. You'll find rich upholstered chairs and a chaise sofa, with additional seating for 10 at the warm wooden dining table. Gather the group here to relax after a full day at the beach! Enjoy a movie on the 75" wall mounted Smart HDTV, or listen to your favorite tunes with the Sonos sound system from the iPad in the wall. The 2nd floor patio off the great room is the perfect place to grill, with plenty of seating for dining alfresco. Take the spiral staircase to the 3rd floor balcony for the most breathtaking ocean views!
The great room and dining area opens to the gorgeous kitchen for easy interaction with the cooks in the group. Kitchen island seating, a shimmering tile back splash, and a trio of pendant lights add panache to the well equipped kitchen, which includes double ovens, an ice machine, two dishwashers and a walk in pantry.
First floor sleeping quarters include built-in bunks and a king bedroom with en suite bath, and an additional king bedroom with a shared bath. There is also a laundry room and beverage fridge on this floor. The second floor offers another king bedroom with a full connected bath. The master bedroom has a large bath with walk in shower and tub, and a private balcony. All bedrooms feature flat screen Smart HDTV's and USB charging outlets at the night stands.
The third floor features a darling bunk room that opens to its own cozy den. A great place for kids to hang out and set up their games on the 55" HDTV with HDMI connections. A fabulous king bedroom with sitting area and balcony adjoins the bunk room.
There is an additional washer and dryer on this level. A large bathroom with separate bathing and dressing area and double sinks finishes out the third level. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction.
