The living room has a cozy fireplace & plenty of seating, while the fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for hosting family meals. Step out onto the patio & relax by the sparkling pool, fire up the BBQ grill & enjoy a meal in the gazebo. We're located near local attractions so whether you're looking for a relaxing vacation or a fun-filled adventure, our home is the perfect place to stay!
The space
Our welcoming home is the ideal place to unwind and relax. The entire house can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests.
We are committed to the comfort of our guests, always. If you need anything, rest assured we will be available night or day!
Important: The pool is currently out until further notice. Work is needed to be done at the pool due to some issues.

(Pool heating is available upon request and at an additional cost of $80 per night. If you would like to take advantage of our pool heating service, please let us know 2-3 days before your arrival. It takes time to warm up the water, so we want to make sure it's ready when you get here!)

Guest access
Full access to the property, the *heated pool, the patio and gazebo. You will have access to our high speed internet, TVs, as well as our other in-unit amenities.
Other things to note
Please kindly check additional reminders for the property and note that these are for STRICT IMPLEMENTATION.
• Pets are strictly not allowed.
• No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on the property. Please no cigarette butts littering, no rubbing out burning cigarette tips, and no flicking cigarette ashes anywhere on the property. Please smoke on the street.
• No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays get-togethers, hangouts, and the like.
• Check-in is anytime after 4 PM and check-out is by 11 AM.
• Self-check-in with a smart lock.
• Do not disrespect your neighbors.
• Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink.
• Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames.
• We do not allow personal mail deliveries to our property. We can only allow Amazon package deliveries.
• Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe.
• Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and do not have any unapproved visitors.
• No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm.
• Please note that excessive internet data usage will result in a fee of $50 if it goes over the limits of our plan.
• If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, look after it; if you make a mess, clean it up; and if you move it, replace it.
NOTE: We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.
• FEES: A lost remote control (TV, fan, electric fireplace, gazebo lights) will result in a $100 charge.
• FEES: A $250 fine will be imposed for any type of smoking.
• FEES: Unapproved Late Check-Out fees: Every hour after 11 a.m. is an additional $50.
• FEES: Additional guests not listed in your reservation will be charged $50 per night per person. Please be completely transparent in your reservation so that you can avoid this issue.
