Summary: I would have loved to give this room all high scores. The room was outstanding, the staff was friendly. I asked for a handicap accessible room and it was. The elevator did not work and we were given a third floor room. My 69 year old sister cried because she had to climb the stairs. She would not leave the room until it was time to leave. Because of the proximity to the beach I would skip this island altogether if mobility is an issue.
