We are just minutes from Historic Downtown Ogden, 25th street. 15 miles from ski resorts. 5 Minutes to Weber County Fairgrounds. We are located on a quite dead end street. Close to hiking, biking ,etc. Kitchenette, coffee pot, microwave, fridge. TV and wifi. Horse corrals, pasture available. Hay available for an additional charge. This is a full basement. Living area, couch and loveseat. Country atmosphere. 5 to t10 mins to UTA bus shuttle to local ski resorts. beautiful view of the mountains.

Summary: I want to preference this with the property owner was super friendly and nice but the stay was not what I expected. Maybe I confused a couple of listings that I was looking at but I really thought this rental had a separate entrance, I also remember reading about the decor but maybe it had changed because I didnt see the things that were discribed.We arrived around 10pm and went to find the entrance and key to get into the basement and while looking for it the property owner came out and waljed us into her house and downstairs where we would be staying. She was super nice. She then showed us around and stayed for a minute talking with my 6 and 8 year old that we were trying to get started in the shower and off to bed because it was so late. She then went upstairs and we noticed that we were unable to even lock the door behind her. This made us a little uneasy, not because of the owner, just because of it being late already and dark and not really knowing where we were. The beds were very comfortable but smalled than we were expecting. The shower was very roomy and the towels were very soft. Had we gotten there earlier in the day i am sure I would have alot nore good things to say but we showed up, showered, went to bed, woke up, got ready and left. We have used VRBO a few times and have always been happy with not having someone there where we have felt that we need to be extra quiet (with the 2 boys that can be a task). Overall I would feel beter with a lockable door.
