There is also a full bathroom and a laundry room in the basement. This home is right on the Paiute trail so you can leave right from the house on your ATV and you have an awesome day traveling all the trails Monroe and Marysville have to offer. The view of the farm lands and mountains is breathtaking. This home is situate on a corner lot with a large back yard with lush green grass, a shed, and a large carport big enough for four cars and space to sit and relax in the country air. There is ample parking for ATV's or additional vehicles. Property is on a .61 of an acre.
In the living room there is a nice seating area and a 65 inch TV for your enjoyment. There is a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of dinnerware including pots/pans, kitchen utensils, can opener, knives, cutting board and coffee mugs (too much to mention). There is a nice kitchen table that seats six people comfortably. You will also find a vacuum, a mop and brooms. Very clean, freshly painted and newly furnished.
The home has several outdoor security monitoring/video recording cameras that are on and actively used to protect the home. There is a BBQ in the carport area for your use.
