Summary: We selected this property over others due to its centralized location in the city and it has a kitchen so we could cook instead of eat out. Perfect rental cottage for short stays, the property is pretty bare bones on amenities-- enough to get you by but not necessarily everything you'll need. We had half a roll of paper towel available to use for a 4 day stay and none available in any cabinets, wouldn't be an issue if there were more hand towels available for dishes. Had to call the host to be able to get access to the property when we first arrived but aside from that no other contact and no complaints on that front. The gas stove/oven was a big plus but there wasn't any exhaust fan built over the stove which isn't up to building code, so open the kitchen window if you're cooking. There were some odd nuances here and there about the property that makes the remodel questionable. But again, for a short stay, a great affordable place!
