This excellent vacation home has everything you need to take your family reunion or work retreat to the next level. An amazing location in one of Utah's best ski resorts, ample accommodations for everyone, and stunning natural beauty all come together in one stellar package. Please note that this condo is on the fourth floor and there is no elevator access available.
Tucked away in Brian Head Resort in southwestern Utah, this multi-level home for 12 is just a short walk away from skiing and snowboarding at Brian Head Resort. In the summertime, the wide windows and balconies allow guests plenty of fresh air and sunshine as they gaze at the pine trees below.
Start with the downstairs great room. Walk in from the nearby balcony and gaze up at the vaulted ceilings, before taking a seat on the sectional sofa or nearby armchairs to admire the amazing decor. Wood and stone textures adorn the warm fireplace. It's easy to watch the great outdoors through the wall of windows by the balcony, but modern entertainment awaits you, too - take in some cable on the flatscreen TV, or use the WiFi to share photos of the view! If you need a little privacy, there's a second TV area - and sectional sofa - just upstairs.
The kitchen is a few steps away from the great room, and with custom countertops and stainless steel appliances, it's nothing short of a dream for any chefs in your group! Use the dishware in the wooden cabinets to help prepare a delicious feast, before serving up your food at the breakfast bar for three and nearby picnic bench table. Don't worry about cleaning up - that's what the dishwasher is for!
Five bedrooms house a total of a dozen guests, making this home ideal for larger groups. Two of the rooms feature king-size beds, with two more offering generous queens. The final room sits in a nice loft-style enclosure on the top floor, and has a double-size bed and twin-size bunk bed ideal for kids. The adult rooms feature lovely window views and leather bedside furnishings.
Three bathrooms are spread throughout the house, with each offering soothing baths, warm showers, and plenty of stone touches for atmosphere. The master bathroom even features a corner jetted tub, perfect for any couples in the group.
When you're finally ready to head out, you have plenty of options - whether it's summer or winter! Guests during the colder months can take advantage of the slopes for skiing and snowboarding, while warmer-weather visitors have access to hiking, mountain biking trails, and activities like zip-lining and trampolining.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
