With two roaring fireplaces and views of Deer Valley mountain scape, it is perfect for those who like to celebrate family and friends in high-style fashion.

In the family room, there are plenty of games for peeps of all ages, from youth to adult and this residence never has a dull moment, unless you want one.
Unlike any other Deer Valley residence, all the entertaining and friends and family have one level of nearly 2500 square feet to have fun together or hop over to different areas, if so desired. The floors all feature radiant heat, so even on the most snowy, most cold days, you’ll only feel warm and welcome, after a day of skiing or exploring.
Take the stairs, which are reclaimed wood or use the elevator, which takes you from the walk-in level, where the guest suites are located, to the main entertaining level and up to the massive master suite.
The expansive master suite is on the upper level, with a back viewing deck to privacy and untouched mountains and deer life; the additional four bedrooms on the lower level, all with great space, great light and privacy.
Each bedroom, features a king-sized, well-appointed, luxury bed, linens, large Smart televisions and each has its own private luxury en suite bathroom, which is a major value in a ski house --- with the exception of the bunk room, which features a full bed and twin bed bunk set suited for children.
Each bedroom feels quite private and welcoming. Plenty of storage in closets and built-in custom drawers in king bedroom suites and a fun, kiddo storage for the bunk room.
The Deer Valley slopes are less than three minutes from the residence.
The St. Regis, for breakfast, lunch, apres ski or fine dining, is also less than five minutes, both offer valet parking.
Famous Old Towne is less than 5 minutes ride.
Park City, for snowboarders, is a smooth 10 minutes drive.
For those needing a hot tub kind of relief, the hot tub is just outside the bunk room, and accessed through the bunk room sliders. It is brand new; private and just waiting to warm those taut ski muscles.
