The top floor features two of the bedrooms, a cozy living room, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook, dine, and gather together. The décor balances rustic charm and modern comfort, making it easy to unwind from the moment you arrive.
Downstairs, you'll find the remaining 2 bedrooms along with the second living area doubles as a game room, complete with a pool table, lounging space, and TV, perfect for family movie nights or friendly competition.

We want your stay at Wildwood Retreat to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible, so please take a moment to review the following important details before arrival.
☆☆Community Registration☆☆
Wildwood Retreat is located inside the gated Big Bass Lake community, which requires guest registration prior to arrival.
- The HOA registration form must be completed at least 3 days before check-in.
- A $50 rush fee applies to last-minute bookings made within 3 days of arrival. If the form has not been submitted 24 hours prior to your arrival, you will not be permitted past the gate, and we will be required to cancel your reservation with no refund given.
- Once the form is submitted, any changes to the form result in a $15 fee that the community charges for updates. No changes can be made after the check-in date.
- All guests must be listed on the registration form — anyone not listed will not be permitted through the gate.
- Upon arrival, all drivers must present a valid driver’s license to the security officer at the entrance gate for check-in.
Amenity Access
- Guests may purchase amenity passes directly from the community office, clubhouse, or recreation center. Passes grant access to the pools, lakes, fitness center, and all other community amenities.
- Please note that the HOA manages all amenities — we do not control their hours, maintenance, or seasonal closures. Refunds cannot be offered for amenity unavailability due to weather or community operations.
Hot Tub Care
- The private hot tub is open year-round and professionally cleaned and treated before each stay.
- Maximum of 6 guests at a time
- No glassware or food allowed near the tub
- Please replace the cover when not in use to keep it clean and warm
Pet Policy
- We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs per stay (no cats).
- Pet fee: $100 per dog, per stay
- Guests must clean up after their pets and keep them leashed when outdoors
- Please do not allow pets on furniture or in the hot tub
House Rules
- No smoking inside the home — $500 cleaning fee applies for violations
- No parties or events; community quiet hours are 10 PM – 9 AM
Seasonal Notes
Winter: Roads are well-maintained, but 4WD is recommended during snow.
Summer: Outdoor community amenities (pool, splash pad, beaches) operate from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
All Seasons: The hot tub and indoor community facilities remain open year-round.
Wildlife & Nature
Wildwood Retreat is truly nestled in nature, and with that comes a chance to see some of our woodland neighbors. Deer are gentle and very common around the property; for a fun treat, bring a few carrots, and you might get to hand-feed them if they’re feeling curious.
Because the home is surrounded by forest, you may occasionally see other small critters or bugs. We provide regular pest control, but as with any home in the woods, sightings can happen. If you have any questions or concerns, dont hesitate to reach out!
