Our modern two-story home situated in suburban Austin is the perfect family vacation spot. Our home includes 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a loft with a pool table. The home also features a huge 75-inch television and large backyard. Feel free to make it a movie night or family game night. We have board games and cards. Our home is just 18 miles from Austin-Bergstrom Airport and Downtown Austin is even closer. For our business travelers looking for a home office we offer high speed internet.
Our home offers a first-floor primary bedroom which has a King Size Bed and an ensuite. There is also a second bedroom on the first floor that has two Full Size Beds. Upstairs bedrooms three and four have two Full Size Beds and a Queen Size Bed respectively. The home has three bathrooms.
Guest will have access to the entire house with exception of a closet or space which is used to store extra house inventory.
We can be reached at any time via phone, text, or through the booking platform. We want you to have a great stay so if there is anything, we can do to help you accomplish that do not hesitate to ask. We will provide you will all our contact information prior to your arrival at our home. Thank you for allowing us to host your stay in Austin.
The best thing about our neighborhood is the location. Our neighborhood showcases the best of Austin, we offer a family friendly atmosphere in a quiet and serene environment. Yet we a close enough to the action that you can still go out and have a blast without the constant hustle and bustle of the city.
Being that we are located in the suburban part of Austin a car is almost a must but Uber, Lyft or a taxi are all viable options.
We charge an additional guest fee of $20 a person per night after 4 guests. This fee is calculated on the booking app and usually is shown as additional guest fee on the breakdown.
We do ask that you remove your shoes while inside our home. We won't judge if you choose to bring your bunny house slippers. Your secrets safe with us and we appreciate you treating our home the same as you do your own.
We have implemented these few rules in order to protect our home and business. We ask that you read them carefully and keep in mind that you if have no intention of breaking any of them they actually won’t apply to you.
No Shoes in the house.
