You'll have full private access to 3 of the 5 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, laundry, sunroom, living room, foosball table, and a spacious fully fenced backyard. There is a manual open garage that may be used upon request, and enough driveway parking for 2 cars.

Located in South Ogden near Ogden Regional Hospital, we're nestled in beautiful mature trees away from the city lights, but only minutes from all the attractions. Enjoy the star gazing and the sounds of crickets all while being a stone’s throw away from almost anything you could want to see.
Nestled between 3 highways and a short distance away from public transportation, getting to any location on your agenda will be quick and easy.
For entertainment, there are a few games provided, and each TV has a Roku connected allowing you to connect with your favorite streaming services. Guest Access:
The driveway has a slight incline and during winter we do our best to shovel and salt the driveway as quickly as possible. However, if it appears wet or icy, please use your emergency brake when parking to prevent cars from slipping. Also, please park on the left side of the driveway as there may be other guests in the upstairs parking on the right. Use the side entry door closest to the garage. To unlock the door, type in your door code and push the button at the top ONE time. Wait until the top button turns green before trying to enter (your door code will also work for the front door). The door auto locks after approximately 30 seconds. If trying to exit the home, you'll need to manually unlock from the inside. Please use the closet on the left as you enter through the side entrance to hold shoes and boots.
If doors or cupboards feel like they're locked or stuck, please don't try to force them open as they are likely locked on purpose. If you can't seem to access a specific part of the house for any reason that you feel you should, contact us and we'll have someone determine what's wrong to provide access.
The garage can be used upon request, but is manual open only. To open, turn the handle to the right and pull up. To close, pull the rope down gently until the door begins to fall ensuring that the door doesn't slam closed. Once completely closed, turn the handle back to the left to secure the door. There is a lock on the garage door, so please request access prior to your stay.

Nestled in a small bowl shaped valley, the neighborhood is full of mature trees and winding roads.

Getting Around:
Easy access to both Highway 89 and Interstate 84 providing quick thoroughfare to all other major interstates and transportation methods. Bus routes within a 1-2 minute walk, and frontrunner train station and I-15 are only about 10 minutes away.
