The Space:
This suite sleeps 4 guests and has two bedrooms, each with queen memory foam mattresses, full bedding, and ample storage with nightstands, dressers and full closet in each bedroom.
The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 43" Smart TV with high-speed wifi.
The bathroom comes fully equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
This unit has a fully stocked kitchen with basic cookware.
All linens/bedding, including 4 sets of bath towels, are provided. Four beach towels and four beach chairs are provided. No beach umbrella or beach toys are provided.
This unit is pet friendly. We allow up to 2 house trained dogs or cats and require:
-Pets not be allowed on the beds or furniture
-When pets are left alone, ideally, they are left in crates. Otherwise, the doors to the bedroom and bathroom should be left shut.Four beach chairs are provided in this unit. No beach umbrella or beach toys are provided.
There is no view of the water from this building. This is not a waterfront location.
Guest Access:
Access is by private door with door code. There is no ramp or elevator in this building.
Guests will have the entire suite to themselves. All suites / units are fully separate with dedicated entrances.
Guests will have use of the public beach access (only steps from the apartment)..
The Neighborhood:
This property is central to all local Virginia Beach restaurants.
This property is 150ft from the beach.
Getting Around:
Guests are provided two parking spaces in the driveway.

House rules:
• Absolutely no smoking of any kind. Guests will be fined if smoking policy is violated.
• No parties or events (gatherings over max occupancy of 4 will be shut down immediately unless previously approved by host)
• Quiet hours run from 11pm -8am (this is a multi-unit, family friendly property)
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• This building is monitored by external security cameras
• Glitter of any kind is not allowed in the unit. Any sign of glitter throughout the unit will result in an immediate $100 cleaning remediation fee.
