Welcome to Villa Theresa, we can’t wait to welcome you!! You'll have access to the entire house with private heated* pool, outdoor fireplace, yard games, furnished patio, and garage! In addition to the 5-star amenities, including high speed internet, this property is in a great location! The space
BACKYARD/POOL
You'll immediately fall in love with the resort-like backyard. You will LOVE the private heated* pool (optional*). The cost to heat the pool is $10/day. The pool is behind a gate so little ones can't sneak out unattended. There are plenty of chaise lounges to relax on, a wood burning fireplace with a sectional to get cozy on, as well as a covered outdoor dining area. We even have a gas grill, perfect for BBQing! We have yard games like corn hole and oversized Jenga as well as a yard box full of floaties and pool toys for your enjoyment! You'll love the bistro lights around the patio area and over the fireplace in the evening that set the perfect vibe!
LIVING ROOM
The living room is equipped with two couches, a recliner, plenty of blankets and pillows to cozy up with, games in the cabinet, and a 55" Smart TV with all the streaming apps you need (you just need to bring your login).
KITCHEN
The kitchen is massive! You'll find appliances like a full size refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker, Keurig, coffee grinder, electric tea kettle, toaster, blender, rice maker, and microwave. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans making it easy to cook-in and prepare meals in the home when desired. The kitchen is equipped with paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, fresh sponge, dish towels, complimentary coffee pods, to-go cups, barware and more!
BEDROOMS
The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, black-out curtains, as well as an en suite bathroom with walk-in tiled shower and jetted tub. The second and third bedrooms have queen size beds. The fourth bedroom has two bunk beds, perfect for the kiddos-- in the closet you will also find plenty of books, toys and games to keep the little ones busy! You will also appreciate the split floor plan which allows for separation between the primary suite and the bunk room. There are also ceiling fans in all bedrooms.
BATHROOMS
Both bathrooms are full bathrooms with bathtubs and showers and are equipped with hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Kleenex, make-up wipes, and makeup mirrors.
GARAGE
Feel free to park in the garage during your stay. You'll also find bicycles/helmets, scooters, yard games, a vacuum, an inflatable twin-size mattress, and a second full-sized refrigerator for use.
KID/BABY GEAR
We have a pack-n-play, baby walker, baby gate, high chair, kids dishes, stroller, and plenty of books, toys and games for the little ones.
LAUNDRY
We have a full-size washer and dryer. We also provide laundry detergent pods and dryer sheets for you to use during your stay.
5-STAR SERVICES & AMENITIES
The house is professionally cleaned after every guest and the pool is professionally cleaned and serviced weekly. We also have landscaping services twice a month to keep the grounds looking fabulous!
We strive to make the guest experience as enjoyable as possible, so don't hesitate to ask if you need something.
*POOL CAN BE HEATED FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE. We charge $10/day to heat the pool and will create a payment request separate from your reservation prior to check-in. If you opt for pool heat, we set the temperature to 83 degrees. On some of the cold winter nights, it usually takes until 11am to get back up to 80ish as the heater shuts off at night and kicks back on in the morning when the outdoor temp reaches 50 degrees.*
**The backyard of the property is up to pool code. If you have small children it is VERY IMPORTANT you watch them when they are outside. It is your responsibility to follow all pool and house rules. The pool depth ranges from about 3.5-5.5ft deep. By booking you are agreeing that you are responsible for all guests of your party on the property**
**No Parties! If you're looking to throw a loud party, we are not the property for you. Quiet hours start at 10:00pm and a fee will be assessed for any noise complaints**
**No smoking of any kind in the house or garage, including e-cigarettes, marijuana, and illegal drugs.**
**Please note that June through August is monsoon season in Arizona. While we have our pool cleaned weekly, please be aware that high winds during this season can cause the pool to have leaves/debris. We provide a pool skimmer that you can use to rid debris**

Guest access
You will have access to the garage for parking if you'd like during your stay. You can park an additional two cars in the driveway, and there is also free street parking out front. This property is minutes to Highway 101 which is a loop that can take you all around the Phoenix metro area. We are 20 minutes to Westgate Entertainment District, 25 minutes to the airport, and 25 minutes to downtown Scottsdale. In addition, we are less than 10 minutes to Costco, and less than 5 minutes to grocery stores and a Starbucks, making it super convenient to run to the store if necessary.

Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. Should issues arise during your stay, we will do our best to address them ASAP, but there is no one living on-site.
