Almost everything is NEW in this home. NEW furniture/furnishings and appliances throughout. Lots of fresh paint. Bathroom re-do and remodel. Large, open kitchen, with center island and large eating space. Separate work space/bar area off kitchen. Kitchen opens to large private, quiet, nicely landscaped patio area. Separate laundry area off kitchen. Two separate bedroom suites include larger primary bedroom with newer queen bed, dresser and nightstands and big screen TV. Large sliding glass doors open to sun/shade patio. Large private bathroom includes separate double sinks, large walk in shower, and large walk in closet. Second bedroom includes newer queen bed, 2 nightstands, full private bathroom and walk in closet. Sunny, spacious living room includes all new leather furniture and large TV (basic cable and internet provided), bar/card/game table. Comfortable, separate office/den area includes lots of natural sunlight with new, modern furnishings.
Small dogs may be allowed for an extra month rent. Leasee also responsible for any damage caused by pet. No cats.
