This beautifully remodeled 4b/2.5b home is centrally located 5 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale. This home boasts a spacious open floor plan and features great amenities including a heated swimming pool, firepit and a pool table! All the luxuries you could need in a beautifully furnished and modern setting. With 4 bedrooms and 4 queen sized beds, plus an extra blow-up air mattress if needed, this home is able to sleep 10 guests. Also included is a portable pack-n-play for younger travelers.
The Space:
Just off the main entrance is a living room where you can curl up with a good book or watch all your favorite streaming shows on the smart TV. Enjoy a game of pool at the billiards table before walking into the newly renovated kitchen.
The fully equipped kitchen has all your basic needs for preparing meals. The dining area has seating for 6 with adjacent bar stools to accommodate 4 more.
Out the dining room door, you will enter a fully fenced backyard with a heated pool. There is a propane gas firepit for your enjoyment as well as lounge chairs and a pergola for shade.
There are 2.5 newly renovated bathrooms in the home. There is a half bath just off the open living and dining area. The bathroom in the master bedroom has double sinks, a standing rain shower, an additional body sprayer in the shower, and a large free standing soaking tub. The master bathroom is truly a luxury experience. The third full bathroom features a standing shower and tub.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire home as well as the backyard and driveway if you would like to use it for parking. There is currently no access to the garage.

During the week the pool maintenance people come to balance and clean the pool. They will only access the backyard and will not need to enter the house for any reason. Their maintenance takes roughly 15-20 minutes. They are able to do the work without the help of and without interacting with guests.
The home has Central Air Conditioning to make your stay that much cooler!
Although guests are welcome to gather, enjoy, and entertain, guests are expected to be respectful of the neighbors and the property. Guests who violate this request can expect to be charged:
1) For any damages (including the cost of materials and the cost of labor to repair plus an extra $150 inconvenience fee)
2) A $300 fee if a noise complaint is received by a neighbor.
3) A $300 fee if the premise is left in an unsatisfactory condition (littered with trash, vomit, food scraps, liquor bottles, etc.). Please put all trash in the large bins on the side of the property at check out.
4) A $800 fee if the pool needs to be drained or cleaned due to misuse including if trash, alcohol or anything icky that is left in the pool.
5) A $300 fee for smoking of any kind inside the home. Smoking outside is permitted, and butts must be disposed of in the trashcans and not left on the ground.
6) All bath towels are white and are provided to dry off after bathing or showering. Please refrain from using bath towels for cleaning up mud or wiping up food messes. Paper towels, dish rags and sponges are provided for those types of messes. People who wear makeup should be using the black washcloths that are provided or the disposable wet wipes that are provided to remove their makeup. There are grey and black pool towels that are provided for outdoor use of the hot tub. You will be charged for staining white bath towels, had towels and or wash clothes. It is a drain on the business to have to replace these items after every group. Thank you in advance for your consideration.
This property is meticulously maintained and kept to a standard that allows for maximum comfort and enjoyment for all guests. Please be respectful and treat this home with care so the condition can be maintained for the enjoyment of future guests to follow your stay.
