Resort Fee: each adult shall register at check-in in the building administration and pay $20 fee to receive a magnetic wristband to get access to all amenities. Departure: please message us letting us know that you are leaving the property and we will send the cleaning crew to prepare the unit for the next guest. Parking: parking is not included and if needed it needs to be paid at the front desk upon arrival, the cost is $7 for a day; or $10 for overnight (no ins and outs); or $35 for a week; or $40 for 2 weeks; or $80 for a month. All our vacation homes are self-catering. That means that you are responsible for your own shopping during your stay. If you go to the building next door, building #3801, in the first floor, there is a restaurant and a convenience store where you can buy supplies. Alternatively, you may find convenient Publix Supermarket located at 1400 E Hallandale Beach Blvd, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009. All bedding and towels are provided. Please inspect your vacation home upon arrival and report any damage, breakage or lost or stolen items right away and we will try our best to take care of the problem within 24 hours.
