You will also find a Full kitchen with everything you need to make a great meal. This home is Close to everything in town, shopping, hiking and skiing is 30- 45 minutes away! Each bedroom is set up for comfort with high-end queen size mattresses and lovely linens. as of March 1, 2024, we have a brand new hot tub for our guests to use, if you reserve and pay the small fee requested as we need to set up this for your arrival. This fee covers the additional electricity, spa chemicals and cleaning. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask me about it. (it’s $50 ) From the hot tub There are beautiful views of the surrounding mountains! 🏔️ I’msure everyone will enjoy this new addition to the home! ****In American Fork, all short-term rentals are owner occupied homes. In this home, there is an occupied basement. My daughter and her husband live here full-time while they go to school. They are quiet considerate, and you probably won’t see them. They’re enter from the back of the house, from a private entrance,, and share no part of the house that you will be renting. I just want to make sure you are aware that this is kind of like a duplex situation.
