Welcome to our newly remodeled 1446 Sq Ft. cottage where we combine the best of rustic mountain living and contemporary style. We are conveniently located less than 1 mile from the center of Duck Creek Village, UT. At the "Blue Cottage" you will find plenty of parking for all of your vehicles, trailers and toys. There is also a heated two-car garage so you can park your vehicles or off-road toys securely and out of the weather if needed.
This Cottage is ideally suited for no more than 4 adults since two of the beds are bunk beds made for children and not suitable for adults.
Keyless entry is used for both the main living area and the two car garage. High speed internet is available (40+ Megabits per second) and the Wi-Fi covers the whole property. Cell phone coverage is excellent at this cabin. There is a desk with computer monitor so you can work remotely if needed while enjoying beautiful views out the window.
All living space is on one level and this cottage has both a living room and a family room each with a 55" Roku TV with Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime so everybody can spread out and have their own space. The living room has a large sectional so the whole family can gather and watch movies and if it gets too chilly at night fire up the propane stove. There are plenty of windows and ceiling fans to keep the fresh air flowing through the whole cottage during the warmer months, too.
The large laundry room has a large capacity washer and dryer with plenty of storage for all of your outdoor adventure gear.
At the back of the cottage relax on the deck and watch wildlife stroll by while you have your morning coffee or gather around the outdoor fire pit after a full day of enjoying outdoor activities on the mountain. We try to keep firewood stocked but it's always best to pick some up on your way just to be sure.
The king bedroom offers a premium mattress and star-filled views out the large window and plenty of storage. The family room has a queen size sofa-sleeper and there is an additional sleeping area with full and twin size bunk beds for the kids.
There are security cameras on the exterior of the house and one camera in the garage for security purposes only. There are no security cameras inside of the cottage.
