All wood floors throughout, a large back deck and fenced in yard, great for a family get-together. The 1800 is a great spot to host the family for a weekend getaway, football game, or visit to your alma mater. With 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and sleeping accommodations for a large group, this restored 1940's home is very comfortable. Enjoy the outdoors on the screened in porch or on the large back deck. Walking distance to both KU campus and Massachusetts street makes this location ideal. Guests will have access to the entire house. Sleeping ArrangementsBedroom 1 - King sized Bed, attached bathroom, upstairs. Bedroom 2 - King sized Bed, upstairs. Bedroom 3 - Bunk beds (2 full sized beds) upstairs. Bedroom 4 - Queen sized bed, basement. Fold down couch futon, full sized, basement. 2 showers, 1 bathtub, 1 half bath.Two parking spaces are located in the rear of the house and entry can be made through the fence gate. *$25 per guest, per night after first 6 guests.
