The living room is staged with a comfortable West Elm couch, designer style chair with ottoman and 50" ROKU Television with exposed block walls and a large sliding glass door with screen that leads to the shaded covered patio in the back yard.
Bedroom #1 has a king bed against an exposed block wall with a glass patio sliding door that leads to its own shaded covered patio. Bedroom #2 is enclosed with a custom steel and glass french doors and features an exposed wood ceiling with a skylight (adds diffuse light in the morning hours), accent pendant lights, a ceiling fan and an open concept clothing rack. Both bedrooms have Tuft and Needle mattresses and a 32" swivel mount smart tv. The bathroom is detached from both bedrooms and is accessible through a hallway. The natural light is magnified on patterned white rhombus tile in the bathroom with the large mirror that leads to shower entrance and an enclosed outdoor planter. The walk-in shower has a glass panel and curbless entrance with a sleek linear drain and large shower head.
THAT House is located in a nice South Scottsdale neighborhood with well established neighbors (No college or party houses in near vicinity) with plenty of parking on the property and street.
