Summary: First day was great the check in was easy the person who checked us in was friendly. The next day after we left out cabin and went to Lagoon all day we came back after 10 pm. Somehow during the day the ac stopped working we came back to the cabin being 89 degrees! We tried the first emergency phone number that was left on the paper hanging in the cabin that number didn’t work so then we had to call the other number that was on the papers they gave us when we checked in. The person on the phone told us to open the widows (no duh!) and turn off the ac for an hour but said they didn’t have anyone to come look at it until morning my husband asked if they had a fan or something to circulate the air, they said maybe but never got a call back. They didn’t offer to move us around so that we could sleep there was no apology. We ended up staying up late into the night because it was too hot to sleep. We had turned the air conditioner off for over 3 hours and finally got it to start cooling down early into the morning. First the the next morning they disable the air conditioner so we couldn’t use it to keep it cool while we were cooking our breakfast so it got hot again really quickly. I don’t feel like they care about the comfort of their guests or if something comes up if it’s after 5 pm they will not do a thing. So disappointed thought I had found a better place to stay besides a hotel but boy I guess I was wrong. Also left if cleaner than we found it.
