The home has a coded door lock so no interaction with the host is necessary. You can come and go as you please. As your hosts we are friendly people and are happy to interact and answer questions or requests should you need or want anything. We are available via the platforms message system or text at any time. The basement apartment is also a short term rental, they do not have access to the main house part and you will not have access to the basement rental! Please be cautious of quiet times of 10 pm. Pet policy:
Please note that we do have an additional pet fee to help protect against the natural wear and tear it causes to our properties by allowing pets. If your furry friends are accompanying you for your stay, we do allow up to 2 dogs and charge a pet fee of $50 for 1 dog or $115 for 2 dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on our digital check-in, please note pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets.
Reports of failure to comply with the smoking/drug policy, noise curfew cut off time of 10pm and pet policies will result in the loss of your security deposit and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done to the property that hinder another same day check in.
