The Saguaro Studio welcomes you to a historic stay in downtown Tucson. This gem was built in 1915, known as The Salcido House, it was named after the family that adored it for 75+ years. This beautiful multi-family home has been divided into 3 separate living spaces and the Saguaro Studio is perfect for solo travelers or couples. Located just South of Downtown at the historic Five Points Barrio Santa Rosa district.
Is that a cloud you're sleeping on? Nope, that's just the green tea memory foam mattress we got in your bedroom! This studio property offers a queen bed with plenty of pillows. The blackout curtains and A/C will ensure you have a restful nights sleep. Relax and catch those zzz's.
The bathroom has a beautiful claw foot tub and shower. Guests are provided with Public Goods shampoo, conditioner and body wash (clean, holistic and sustainable- yay!) The bathroom is stocked with plenty of important essentials like: shower towels, makeup towels, a hair dryer, q-tips, unlimited oxygen and more.
Guests are welcome to use the clothes rack and dresser for clothing storage needs. Iron and ironing board are also provided.
Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans and plates you need to cook yourself dinner from scratch. Because sometimes we just want a home-cooked meal, right? You'll find all you need in this kitchen including a full-sized fridge, oven-stove, toaster, coffee machine (and better yet a pour over brewer), microwave, pots, pans and more.
