This is a true off-grid home powered by solar energy. Electricity and water are slightly limited -- electric space heaters and EV charging are not available. This home is located on a dirt road that is easily navigated. It can get bumpy/muddy at times during hard rains or monsoon season. Most vehicles can navigate just fine.
