With great access to all things Utah, and wonderful amenities (including an attached two car garage), your stay will be comfortable and perfect for large groups of friends or small families traveling together!
This is a home in the Bear Hollow Village, ten minutes north of and within easy reach wonderful ski resorts - take the shuttle or drive to Park City - Canyon Resort in five minutes! Guests of Bear Hollow receive access to the neighborhood clubhouse, complete with fitness center, pool (in summer only), and the outdoor hot tub - a perfect way to keep up your exercise while on vacation, or just to relax after a long day of activity!
This three-story townhome has a cute manicured lawn by the front porch. Enjoy the earth and red tones and natural stone accents that separate the units. To the rear of the house you'll find a back door entrance adjacent to the attached two-car garage, with two additional parking spaces in the driveway. There is ample space inside the garage/back entryway for storing your outdoor gear, such as skis, poles, snowboards, and bikes. There is a large balcony with a private hot tub, a gas barbecue grill, and a patio table perfect for after dinner coffee/tea time, or early morning muffins while watching the sun rise. There's also a washer/dryer on the third (bedroom) floor for easy cleaning!
The living area is spacious and airy with floor-to-ceiling windows with simple decor and vaulted ceilings. Enjoy a space made for socializing around the fireplace and in front of the Smart HDTV with DVD player. With plenty of space to lounge on the couches and window bench, plus throw pillows galore, you'll never want to get up! Access your Netflix or Hulu account with the free WiFi and the 50-inch HDTV with a Roku device, and stream movies or catch your favorite shows on cable. Pull up your Spotify or Pandora playlists and use the sound system for the perfect dinner party soundtrack.
The sunken living space is on its own level - walk up a short flight of stairs to the dining/kitchen area with gray tile floors and tasteful lighting. There's a banquet table that seats up to 12, with three more spots at the breakfast bar in the kitchen.
The kitchen is roomy, with blonde wood cabinets, black appliances, and black granite counter tops. Enjoy cups of coffee or glasses of wine at the breakfast bar, make a taco line, or just line up the boxes of cereal and bagels for the morning before you hit the trails or the slopes.
This is a five-bedroom, three and a half-bath house, with enough sleeping space for up to 14 guests! The main suite on the upper level has a king bed, a private bathroom, and lots of natural light. There is a queen bedroom, a room with twin beds, and a twin bunk room that share the second full bathroom on the upper level.
There is an en-suite bedroom down one level from the living room, with a queen platform bed, a twin trundle bed, and its own bathroom with a shower, making this a great space for a family. You can even use this area as a family room, complete with a TV.
There's also a pull-out sofa in the living room for extra space, making this home perfect for small families traveling together for a special event.
Park City is an incredibly diverse place to match your diverse group! Urban enthusiasts will enjoy an active downtown on the historic Main Street of the city proper - indulge in local cuisine and fine brews from local breweries. There are plenty of trails to explore, perfect for any season: snowshoe, hike, bike, or cross country ski throughout the high desert surroundings.
