Featuring an elevator for improved accessibility, Sea Gem is the perfect place for a family reunion or just a getaway with your closest friends. Awash in natural light thanks to the expansive sliding glass doors, the elegant third-floor great room is the perfect place to gather. When it's time to eat, take advantage of the third-floor kitchen! Budding cooks and seasoned chefs will love the amenities afforded them in Sea Gem's well-equipped kitchen then enjoy a meal together in the adjoining formal dining area with ample seating for guests as well as a smaller breakfast bar for a quick snack. The second floor includes a small den with a sitting area, desk, 60” HDTV, and beautiful ocean views through the sliding door. The cozy couch also folds out into a queen-size sleeper for two.
