Come enjoy a perfectly situated 4 bedroom home with a pool in an amazing location near Old Town Scottsdale and just a few blocks to Continental Golf Course, Scottsdale Fashion Square, ASU and the Spring Training Stadium! You'll be in the middle of everything Scottsdale has to offer! From the moment you put your luggage down, you'll feel at ease in this home's inviting space, complete with a fully-equipped kitchen with new tile flooring, a large spacious living area with a dining table for 6 and a pool with a covered patio & BBQ. With 4 bedrooms and 8 beds, this home can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests, making it the perfect home for large groups, families and even work colleagues. The large spacious kitchen features premium stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space for cooking. In the common area, you'll find a dining table with seating for 6 and a family room with a 5-seater sectional sofa and a 48” flat screen TV, providing a place for everyone to catch game or just relax after a day of sightseeing. Need to do laundry and don't feel like finding a laundromat? We've included a washer and dryer for your convenience! Down the hall, you'll find the master bedroom which faces the pool and offers a calming ambiance with lavender and sage tones. You'll have plenty of privacy with your own ensuite bathroom. The 2nd guest bedroom has a king bed and the 3rd has 2 queen beds. The last bedroom is vibrant with a bright yellow and pink theme and features a queen-size bed plus it's own private entrance to the rear patio. Additional sleeping areas include a queen-size air mattress. Head outside to patio and enjoy all the amenities of the outdoor entertaining area, including a covered dining area with seating for 4 and a BBQ, perfect for enjoying the warm Scottsdale weather and help yourself to fun games like cornhole and foosball, all included!
